Documentation Required to travel to ITALY

It is the responsibility of each person attending the Congress to obtain a visa, if required, to travel to Italy.

If you need an official invitation letter for visa application purposes, you may contact the Congress Secretariat who will provide a letter for you.

In your request you must include: complete name, address, no. of passport, expiring date of the passport, your country. Invitation letters are not an offer of financial support and do not guarantee the issuance of a visa. The letter will be sent once the registration payment is processed.

No registration fee refunds will be issued for cancellation or non-attendance due to failure to obtain a visa.

Language

The official language of the congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
